Welcome to vk8art. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the vk8art platform. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these Terms.

To register with vk8art, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• The name, phone number, and email provided at registration must be accurate.
• Your account password should be known only to you — never share it with anyone.
• If you suspect your account has been hacked or accessed without authorization, contact the support team immediately.

• If any of your registered details change, update them via Account Settings or notify support.

Vk8art is an adults-only platform. No one under the age of 18 may use this site — no exceptions. Providing a false date of birth at registration will result in immediate account termination.

Vk8art may request age verification at any time after registration. Your account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. This is done to protect you and other members.

• Your date of birth must be entered correctly at the time of registration.
• A national ID card, passport, or birth certificate is accepted as proof of age.
• Vk8art cannot be used from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.

Vk8art supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• The minimum deposit amount is set in accordance with the rules stated on the platform.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending KYC verification.
• If unusual activity is detected on an account, withdrawals will be suspended until verification is completed.
• Sending funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• Vk8art reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• You must opt in within the specified timeframe to take advantage of a promotion.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once the bonus period expires.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on vk8art and must be followed by every member without exception.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the stake will be refunded.
• Involvement in match fixing or any other irregular activity will result in permanent account closure.
• If a technical error occurs in the odds or results, vk8art reserves the right to void or reassess the affected bet.
• Live betting may be subject to delays; bets placed during this time may not always be accepted as valid.
• Maximum bet limits are set according to the rules displayed on the platform.

In any dispute, vk8art's decision shall be considered final. That said, we review every complaint fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

Vk8art reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Abusing the bonus system.
• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Threatening or harassing other members.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be made available for withdrawal.

Vk8art believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage members to gamble responsibly and provide a range of tools to help them do so.

• Daily limit: You can set your own daily betting limit — it's entirely up to you.
• Taking a Break: You can take a break of anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days at any time.
